Kelly Rivard
Kelly's journey in the world of dance began at the tender age of three. Her passion for movement led her to train and compete at Mather Dance Company, under the expert guidance of Shannon Mather, until her graduation.
Throughout her college years, Kelly not only pursued her academic goal of attaining a business degree but also dedicated herself to teaching at multiple studios across Orange County. She continued honing her own dance skills in Los Angeles while also venturing into the professional dance world. Notable credits in her repertoire include appearances in American Horror Story and Marsimoto.
Kelly's career has been enriched by collaborations with esteemed choreographers such as Matt Cady, Karl Warden, Mary Cebrian, and Andrew Winghart. However, it was after graduating in 2020 that Kelly discovered her true calling lay in teaching and choreography. In 2022, she took the bold step of founding Kollective Movement, a venture that swiftly garnered acclaim, winning numerous overall and choreography awards at various competitions.
Driven by her passion for nurturing young talents, Kelly aspires to instill confidence in her students while guiding them to seamlessly blend artistry with technical prowess. With her dedication and expertise, she aims to inspire the next generation of dancers to reach new heights of excellence.
